Option of a Power Meter/Smart Trainer Optimized version or a Heart Rate Optimized version.
Comprehensive program including training sessions focus on:
- 4-5 hours of off-bike training each week
- Weekly on-bike skill sessions
- 1 structured on-bike workout each week
- Power Training
- High intensity conditioning workouts 1x/week
- Bring a focused approach to your early season MTB rides
Also included:
- Pre and post program testing to monitor progress.
- Support through Email and Online Community
- Detailed video and exercise instructions.
- Plan can be downloaded into a PDF document.
- Access to training platform for 12 weeks. Allows extra time to complete the plan.
