Comprehensive mobility program for mountain biking

For a membership period of 10 Weeks
The outcomes of the mobility program are:
- Improve your body position and range of movement on the bike.
- Improve your posture endurance during big rides.
- Calm aches and pains from the wear and tear of riding your bike in the mountains all summer long.
What's included in the program?
- A guided movement assessment of your whole body
- Guided mobility session on the following body parts: Hip, Ankle, Shoulder, Thoracic Spine
- Guided mobility sessions to improve your squat and hip hinge movement patterns.
- Access to training platform for 8 weeks, allowing extra time to complete the program and get feedback on your assessments and exercises.
- Support through in app community message board.
