Athletic development program for mountain bikers of all ages wanting to build flow on the trails through increasing athleticism, strength, and resilient. 

  • Train with with like minded riders using the gym as a vehicle to progress on the trails and in life. 
  • Build strength, power, mobility and endurance resulting in all around athleticism which will transfer to the trail.
  • Program designed to progress through multiple phases optimizing your fitness and reducing injury risk.

Times:

  • Mon/Weds: 6-7am
  • Mon/Weds: 7-8am
  • Mon/Weds: 7-8pm
  • Mon/Weds: 8-9pm

Sign up closes Friday, November 1 at midnight.

* If any session does not reach minimum numbers to go ahead. We reserve the right to move participants into other sessions or offer a refund if a suitable option is not available.
