Bunny Hop
Combine the front then rear wheel lifts immediately after to hop into the air!
COMPRESS, EXPLODE & SCOOP
1. Get in the ready hinge position
2. Compress your bike by quickly dropping down into a low hinge
3. Explode up
4. Row with your arms to lift the front wheel
5. Scoop the rear foot to lift the rear wheel (look you got air!)
6. Press with your arms to bring the front wheel back down to the ground

Hop over a line, 2x4, root, rock
Coaching Tips:
The higher you want/need to hop the heavier your feet must be when you compress, and harder you must row.
Think of your arms moving in a circular motion. Rowing from the bottom and pressing over the top
