MTB Mobility Program

  3. Calm aches and pains from the wear and tear of riding your bike in the mountains all summer long.

Included in the program:

  1. A guided movement assessment of your whole body
  2. Guided mobility session on the following body parts: Hip, Ankle, Shoulder, Thoracic Spine
  3. Guided mobility sessions to improve your squat and hip hinge movement patterns.

- Access to training platform for 8 weeks, allowing extra time to complete the program and get feedback on your assessments and exercises.

- Support through in app community message board.
